The first annual onsite Management Meeting with all regional area managers and ownership was held on July 17-July 19, 2017. This meeting had a full three day agenda to review and openly discuss company operations including manpower, operation procedures, safety policies, review of the work in progress and prepare for expansion and growth with recently awarded contracts. We are taking a proactive approach to curtail potential risks and provide good customer satisfaction. In addition, we had our financial advisor address our financial strengths and weaknesses and recommended ways to continue healthy successful jobs for all. We ran both morning and afternoon sessions- but was able to catch a few fish with the assistance of our fine Captain!
