Universal Painting Corporation has obtained the Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC) QP-1 designation through demonstration of its competencies in safety, quality control, technical capability and management. The SSPC is a national organization which tests and certifies surface preparation and painting contractors through an annual qualification audit. This certification aids customers in selecting a contractor that is most suitable for a particular application.
